Ameriplan states it is the largest discounted fee-for-services plan of its kind in the United States. Members can save between 20-65% on cosmetic and restorative dental work and up to 80% on preventative dental care. The Ameriplan network includes 83,000 dentists, 12,000 vision providers, approximately 50,000 pharmacies, and more than 7,500 chiropractic providers. The Deluxe Plus plan which includes phone and email doctor consults and hospital advocacy services is available for $39.95 per month per household, and also has no waiting period for all services except the hospital advocacy service which has a 72 hour waiting period before it can be used.
