Early Moments is based in IL and offers monthly book shipments to parents or other family members for young children. The company offers a number of different book clubs including Disney subscriptions, Elmo’s Learning Adventures, Dr. Suess packages, ebooks, Baby Einstein and even the Bluum monthly subscription box with toys and other products for babies and toddlers. Initial boxes range from $4.99 for the Dr. Suess box to $9.95 for the Disney Premier package. Package contents vary but may include 2-5 books, stickers, figurines and/or other activities for children. When signing up users are asked to provide the name, age, and gender of the child or children receiving the packages in order to customize the offerings. Recommended age ranges include Baby Einstein covering ages 0-3, Disney’s Wonderful World of Reading for ages 2-6, Sesame Street Learning Adventure for ages 3-5, Dr. Suess club geared toward ages 4-8, Cat in the Hat Learning Library also geared toward ages 4-8, and Hooked on Phonics club for ages 3-8.
Ongoing prices vary widely between the clubs, but once a subscriber keeps their “welcome package” they are considered a member and will receive a new box approximately every 3 weeks until the membership is cancelled. Each package will include an invoice detailing the charges for that package and each package may be returned to avoid those charges. However, returning a package does not cancel the membership and new boxes will continue to be sent until it is cancelled. Customers may cancel their account at any time either by logging in or by calling customer service. - Provide your account information when requested
- Ask the representative if you will be charged again
- Ask the representative for a confirmation number or email
- Keep your confirmation number or email as proof that you cancelled your account
- Goto https://earlymoments.com
- Click on “Log In” In the upper right corner of the page
- Log in to your account using your email address and password
- Click on “My Account”
- Scroll down to locate your packages
- Click on “Manage package”
- Scroll down to locate the option that says “Cancel”
- Click on the option that says “Cancel”
- Click on “here” to stop the reminder emails
- Select each package and repeat these steps for each one
- Write an email requesting to close your account
- Provide as much account information as possible
- Send your email to CustomerCare@EarlyMoments.com
- Keep your confirmation number or email as proof that you cancelled your account
