Disney Movie Club is a subscription offering designed to allow customers to build their collection of Disney movies at a discounted rate and receive featured titles from the club multiple times a year if they so choose. Disney Movie Club allows customers to receive lower-cost films from a wide variety of movies available but does not include movies that have gone into the Disney Vault and are not available to purchase. Membership in the Disney Movie Club is currently available only to residents of the United States and Canada, international, APO, and FPO addresses cannot receive the movies from Disney Movie Club and are not eligible to enroll. The introductory offer varies from time to time as to what is available but most often the offer is 4 movies of the member’s choosing chosen from a large selection for $1.00. This offer is contingent on joining the club which cannot be canceled until the member has purchased 5 additional movies within the next 2 years for $19.95 per film plus shipping and handling costs. Failure to meet these terms may result in being charged the price of the 4 movies initially received. Several times a year a mailer is sent to members detailing what the current “featured title” is, which will be automatically sent and charged to the member unless he or she logs on or contacts Disney Movie Club to decline it or choose another movie. Once your commitment of 5 movies has been met you may cancel the membership or remain as a VIP and receive additional discounts and offers. Canceling before you have met the commitment may result in your being charged the price of the remaining movies in your commitment.
