VitalChek does not have a monthly recurring subscription fee for consumers. Pricing is based on the certificate or record ordered and the state it was ordered from as well as shipping costs. Pricing for each document ordered will include the state fee for the document type requested which can range broadly from state to state, the VitalChek fee for expediting the order which can range from $5.00 to $16.00 per document depending on the type of document and required processes to request, a state expedite fee in some cases if it is required by the state for requests that are not submitted via direct mail or fax, and shipping costs which vary based on agency the document is requested from and the shipping method chosen at the time of the order. Whether or not an order can be cancelled depends on whether more information is requested. If so, there is a window to cancel but if the additional information was not requested then there is no way to cancel the order.
