The Premier Plan includes everything that the Basic Plan includes plus major home systems like heaters, plumbing, electrical, water heaters, and more. It is $44 per month.
If your appliance is damaged and you need it repaired, you can file a claim with First American Home Buyers Protection. Once the service request is received, a fully trained and qualified technician will contact you to schedule an appointment. The service provider will confirm coverage, diagnose the problem and solve it. If the item can not be repaired, it will be replaced. There is no limit as to how many times you can get repairs.
